CABIN CHEF with Sara watson

I was hired to develop and design a cookbook featuring the recipes of Sara Watson. Sara is a celebrated chef who ran a successful catering business and operated three restaurants in Fargo/Moorhead including Maxwell's, Mezzaluna, and Rustica. Sara opened Blackboard near Vergas, Minnesota in 2020.

Working closely with St Paul Author Amanda Henke and publisher/creative director Dirk Ockhardt, I designed this 200 page cookbook with the help of TOOTH/Dale Flattum and a lot of caffeinated mineral water. The book is a stunning piece that would look great on your coffee table or in your cabin kitchen!
